How is profit sharing calculated?
The profit-sharing ratio is agreed upon at inception (e.g., 60% bank, 40% client). This ratio remains fixed regardless of actual profit levels. Losses are shared in proportion to capital contribution.
In Diminishing Musharaka (commonly used for property), you gradually buy the bank's share over time until you own 100%. Your rental payments decrease as your ownership increases.
Yes, Musharaka is ideal for business ventures, real estate development, and project financing where both parties actively participate in the investment.

Terms & Conditions

Musharaka is a partnership arrangement governed by Islamic principles of risk and reward sharing. Both partners contribute capital and share profits according to an agreed ratio. Losses are borne in proportion to each partner's capital contribution.

In Diminishing Musharaka, the client progressively purchases the Bank's share through additional payments, eventually acquiring full ownership. The Bank's profit share decreases proportionally as its ownership diminishes.
